She was deep inside of the club, her long hair tied up in a bun at the back of her head. Naked, she gyrated her hips in the middle of three seated men, gracefully strutting on a sixpence in her thick platform-heeled boots. I stood in the shadows resting my hand on a pillar which I leaned onto for support, exasperated, looking on from a distance.

I spoke with them in Persian. They assured me that everyone was safe, thereby confirming to me that Fourie was alive and well, too.
