The Eurasian Odyssey
A Bicycle Trip Across the Old World from England to Japan at the End of the World

The Eurasian Odyssey is a trilogy of books originally written in Japanese. It began in London in 2020, at the height of COVID. The voyager rode across Europe, through the Middle East, Iran, India and South-East Asia. These books are inspired by Greek Mythology, indeed, bringing the spirit of the Odyssey back to life in troublous times.
A Trilogy of Books

The genesis. COVID plunged the world into darkness as the powers that be urged the masses to stay home – thus the Odyssey was re-born – this time, with a bicycle, not a ship and crew.

COVID heralded a new dystopia – quasi-forced vaccinations and shut down borders. The Odyssean traveler breaks through these borders in Europe in a solemn bid to enter the Promised Land as the world burns.

The final chapter of the epic street dream trilogy – The Eurasian Odyssey. This final leg of the journey begins in war-torn Ukraine and moves through Iran, India and Siam to close the journey of a lifetime in Japan.

- Ayurveda and Eastern PhilosophyAyurvedic knowledge is valuable not only for ascetics but also for casual users – those who wish to control their inner energies wisely. Yet, paradoxically, it only truly benefits those willing to transcend behaviour rooted in the mode of passion – that is, the ego.
- Blue Zone Report: SardiniaOne of the defining characteristics of life in Sardinia is how quickly time passes. I had originally planned to stay from November 2024 through January 2025, yet the days seemed to slip by without pressure or urgency.
